All Wichita Soccer School students have exclusivity to train with our skilled staff who do not operate private classes outside of the facility. All memberships are renewed annually, with the initial membership cost including a free evaluation session, post evaluation feedback, and an orientation call with each new member. Once completed new students can begin enrolling in courses of their choosing.
All evaluations are held inside THE PLAYERS LAB which is located inside Wichita Hoops at 5260 N. Toler Dr, Bel Aire, KS 67226.

Q: How much does an annual membership cost?
A: Annual memberships are $300.00, however there is an initial 50% introductory membership discount offered to the inaugural first 50 memberships who enroll before August 30, 2025.
Q: Is there a family membership discount?
A: Yes. Family discounts are available based on the number of participating members inside the residence including adults. Contact us for details.
Q: Can you upgrade from an individual membership to a family membership?
A: Yes. When upgrading from an individual student membership to a family membership, families will receive a prorated amount.
Q: Is an evaluation required to sign up for courses and trainings?
A: Yes. All students must first complete the evaluation session prior to signing up for courses or attending open training.
Q: How many training sessions does the evaluation take?
A: Initial evaluations will take place within 10 days of membership registration. In total, 60 minutes of evaluation prior to completion.
Q: What happens after the evaluation?
A: After the evaluation session students will be assigned a ranking for the purpose of determining what level of courses or opening training group the student is eligible to enroll in.
Q: Are the course enrollment fees included in the annual membership?
A: No. The annual membership includes the evaluation session and training top. Members then pick their enrollment and training days. See our courses and rates in the menu bar.
Q: How often can students receive evaluations in order to attempt to obtain a higher ranking?
A: Students must wait at least 120 days before applying for a new evaluation to achieve a higher ranking.
Q: How easy is it to enroll in courses?
A: Once the evaluation is complete our members will have access to our registration link, simplifying all your enrollment and scheduling needs.
Q: Is there any added member rewards benefits?
A: Yes. Once registered, members will receive a rewards account that can be used towards various purchases such as free merchandise or course enrollments.
